Hey, folks ot there... I just found one Jobstreet job vacancy alert in my mailbox.
Guess what, "Customer Service Excutive" can earn up to RM3000 - RM3700 in Penang.
Wow.. should I let my boss know this in the next 1:1 review session?? Are we under-paid in here?

Well, I tried calling before on such ads...it's not really the same as yr current job, this "customer service executive" is actually Sales job...and the pay includes allowance, commission, etc...provided u hit the target...so, dun be deceived by the ad la...and no use talking to Jen, she's leaving liao ma ;)
Be patient and look for transfer :)

yes, i seriously think you should bring it up during your next 1-1 (politely la of coz). it would also be good if u could find out more about the company and job scope as bos sure try to weasel his way out by saying 'no la, not apple to apple comparison, job scope not same, working hours not same, prospek not same bla bla bla zzz"

yes. i also believe this should be highlighted to your management so that they can adjust their employees' salary to match with the current market .....
